All Candidates must have advanced tool knowledge, be willing to work flexible hours, and go out of town on occasion for a day or 2 if need be. The flexibility must be there. Must pass drug screen and criminal background check. Sign Installers position: Sign/graphic, carpentry, or installation experience Strong knowledge of all hand and power tools needed Will be on scissor lifts at times, so needs to be comfortable with heights (inside of stores only, no outside signage) Job consists of going out to stores and hanging all types of signs (from posters, aisle markers, window graphics, to large structural signs) Some of the job is in the shop constructing/assembling signage products prior to installation. Shops are nice and climate controlled. 40 hour work week, Monday-Friday or once jobs are completed for the week. Hours scheduled are different every day. Some hours are daytime, some are evening, and some are nighttime hours depending on when we can get into the stores. Must be flexible. Must be able to travel out of town for a day or 2 for jobs if needed. Pay starts at $15-$18 hourly depending on experience and skillset *Pay increases $2.00 per hour for any hours worked from 10pm – 5am Valid Driver’s license needed with a good driving record. Uniform shirts are provided. Tattoos must be covered. If candidate becomes an employee, company has employee benefits (PTO, Group Medical Plans) after 90 days
