San Antonio based commercial waste hauler seeking to hire a Diesel Technician.
Must have working knowledge of:
· How to use diagnostic software for both Mack and Peterbilt trucks
· Electrical componentry and how to read truck electrical schematics.
· After treatment systems for both Mack and Peterbilt trucks
· Allison transmission(s) diagnostics
· Suspensions both front and rear end
· Engine diagnostics for both Mack and Cummings
· Hydraulics (rebuild cylinders, valve bodies, solenoids, and relays etc.)
· How to maximize use of tires (tread depth and life span)
· AC Repair
· Welding and metal fabrication
· How to perform a proper PM (both A and B) on a truck
