I went in to take my two dogs in to get there yearly check up. I figured it would be a pleasant visit like I had always had there before but this time was it was not. The girl who checked me in was nice, but the other girl at the counter was short, unprofessional and honestly something I didn’t want my child subjected to. As we walked in this girl was sitting at the desk on her personal phone.. not the the office phone.. and had her legs spread as far as they could be with one foot on the desk. What dr office do you know of that will allow this? None that I was aware of until that visit. When the girl checked me in the one who was on the phone and foot on the desk got up and left the area. I’m assuming to go in the bavk? I asked if that was something the clinic manager allowed and she just kindly said I am sorry. When the girl returned she immediately sat back down and got back on her phone. She didn’t even acknowledge that I was still there. Another man walked in and checked his pet in and she jumped up to help him and telling him how she is on call for fires and bragging about herself. Really? You won’t acknowledge I’m there but you literally jump at the sight of a good looking man and talk yourself up to check this person in? My daughter was with me and i want her to grow up knowing this sort of behavior isn’t how girls act. I went to another clinic later and had my pets files sent to them as I do not wish to see that or make my girls see that kind of behavior and think it’s ok. Other than my experience with that girl the girl who checked me in, the vet, the girl in the exam room and the other girl who checked me out were so nice.
