Fast growing, family owned construction company seeking an individual to start as a Crawlspace Repair Tech while learning a new trade and eventually develop into a certified technician in both residential and commercial settings. Some heavy lifting, ladder work and long hours, along with confined space work can be expected. $17.50-$22.00/hr all tools, PPE and training provided. Clean MVR/license required as well as a reliable vehicle. Gas provided on days you have to travel to job-site. Most days would be meeting at a location and getting a ride with the leads. Monday thru Friday, no weekends and no holidays. 730am-Finish are the hours to be expected. Some days we finish at 2pm, others 7pm. Depends on the day! We are looking for reliable candidates who want to work. Overtime is time and a half. Once you have proven yourself in the field and shown us that you have learned the trade, we expect all CSR's to be promoted to a technician. That promotion to being a technician comes with a significant raise and a company vehicle. Come join our team and learn a new trade!
