Our multifamily apartment community is in need of a talented and experienced Renovation Technician to become a part of our maintenance team.
The ideal renovation tech, will work alongside our Maintenance Supervisors and Property Managers to successfully complete the task at hand within the designed time frame and within budget.
Ability and skill to utilize all necessary tools to accomplish the task presented
Complying with all all policies and procedures of the property.
Provide, Maintain and utilize tools, equipment and vehicles in a clean, orderly and safe manner
Knowledge of location for gas, electric, irrigation and water shut offs
Ability to work with a team as a team member
Maintenance, Renovation and or Construction experience is required
Excellent Customer Service
May be required to assist other sister properties upon request
