Formulations Tech Assistant $15hr/ The Formulations Technician is responsible for the manufacturing of products to meet customer standards. The Formulations Technician encourages safe practices and enforces safety policies. The DBS Formulations Technician is responsible for the accurate measurement and inventory of chemicals. The DBS Formulations Technician is responsible for cleaning the kettles and containers used in the manufacturing process. Other duties as assigned. Skills/Qualifications Required 1. High School diploma and/or GED equivalent and 1+ years relevant experience 2. Understanding of manufacturing concepts, principles and best practices 3. Ability to work and cooperate with team members in a collaborative environment 4. Knowledge of measurement scales, mixing, blending, chemical mills and other formulation manufacturing equipment 5. Knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and lean manufacturing preferred 6. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing 7. Demonstrate attention to accuracy and detail 8.
