Looking for musicians who want to join an ongoing project that was put on hold & now restructuring... Was originally from L.A. went to Las Vegas & now back, so looking for local musicians, who want to start jamming for possible upcoming gigs here in the L.A area & in Las Vegas...project is a Spanish Rock/80s/90s/Indie/Tribute band all in One, Ive been in the local Spanish rock & 80s scene for 15yrs, so have networks & access to venues in L.A, Las Vegas, O.C, Fresno, Bakersfield... What im looking for, is for musicians with time on the weekends to play 1-3 times a month & who can rehearse at least 1once every other week but come in to rehearsal ready with the list we set, I myself have a business & travel every other week to Vegas so that comes 1st, so I don't have time to waste time, yea it's all for fun but have your priorities on check, I'm hoping you have another source of income & not looking to make a living off this, when we get paid it should just be extra change in you pocket & if we travel usually Lodging is paid for the band (but sometimes drinks, maybe some food, etc., any extra people u take are your responsibility) anyway be mindful that we might all have regular jobs & personal lives, so im willing to work with everyone's schedule but you too should be respectful of all of our times & schedules, so all I ask is that when we set a date for rehearsal, please don't flake or back out at the last minute, this project is for someone who wants to start to play some gigs, but can't do it all the time, all Gigs will be scheduled ahead of time, so you will know when we have a show, so no excuses... Again its all for Fun & entertainment but we need to start slow & people have to get to know us before you want to make big bucks, so $ should not be your priority eventually when things start moving along & we are tighter as a band, I can look into booking bigger venues, possibly festival type events & with that possible better payouts but 1st is getting to practice & having fun jams, so if this sounds interesting to you hit me up with your # so we can chat. By the way, I Am the Singer/Frontman/Manager/Promoter but if you sing, do chorus, back-ups, can help in promo or booking gigs, that's welcomed to, Age don't matter as long as your down to Jam, have decent gear & can gig out, if you have someone who can back you up thats cool too... I just moved back so we would have to Rent Rehearsal time, maybe later once we feel out the vibes, we can look into a set spot...below are some of the bands my project covers: Heroes Del Silencio, Billy Idol, The Doors, Duncan Dhu, Enrique Bunbury, The Cure, Caifanes, Berlin, Morrisey, The Strokes, RHCP, The Smiths, Soda Stereo, Kroq 80s, 90s Alternative, eventually all kinds depending on shows
