Seeking 4 to maybe 5 people to share the expense of renting a small warehouse to Operate/store our belongings and sell most of what we own. Looking at 4-5 year lease. We can use this facility as an office as well!! Very strict policy!
Here are a few,
1. No Drugs, Alcohol period! If you smoke, it will be outside of the building.
2. No criminal Past of any kind! This includes Driving privileges suspension as well.
3. No kids! (Sorry about that).
If you are struggling like I am, I have a solid plan. Looking for a multi racial team of good people who wish to get ahead in this economy. Let's accomplish our goals and dreams!
Almost forgot!! Must be an open communicator!! And friendly!!!
P.s. If you are not Law enforcement friendly this will not work.
