Hey Fellow RVers!
We just started living in our lil' RV part time, adjusting well, but we are a lil' challenged when it comes to cooking in the RV.
We only have a 2 burner stove and we are used to cooking a meal on all 4 burners.
Also add in the fact that we have a mini fridge and used to a full size one.
So my question or request is Dinner/Recipe Ides that only use 1 or 2 burners??
So far we are doing basics, soup, pan fried hamburgers, bacon and eggs, meat and veggie stirfrys.
what else can we make on 1 or 2 burners that is meat/veggie related that wont take up alot of freezer/Fridge space?
We have 1 pan skillet and 1 medium sized pot to cook with. (no grill no instapot).
Feeding 2 adults.
