Male love bird looking for a permanent loving home

I have a 4 year old male love bird who is an absolute joy. He loves to chirp, play with his toys and chew on any paper he finds. I love him to pieces but I have been struggling with my mental health and work schedule so I haven’t been giving him the love he deserves. He is very friendly with me but can be slightly aggressive with new people. It will take him time to adjust but with patience he makes a great companion. He prefers to spend most of his time outside of his cage so please don’t plan on making him your pet if you’re gonna keep him in his cage 24/7. He is not a child’s pet, older kids or adults only.
