Loud composer looking for goth band

Description

Hello, I'm a composer of sorts who plays keys foremost. I'm looking to form a band in San Antonio with some like-minded people. Every instrument can be utilized if wielded by the right person. That being said, I'm especially looking for a DRUMMER. A drummer and I can cover a lot of ground, that's all my last band was. I play a thick low octave clavinet keyboard (very bass heavy) and enjoy fat old-school synth sounds. I write like a guitarist writes, unlike other keyboardist I know. I have finely crafted a unique sound and have nice equipment, no dinky junk, and outrageously loud amps. I can do vox while playing complex passages and I hope to further develop my singing voice with this project. We must be making severe and highly emotional music with an emphasis on creating interesting melodies, provoking riffs. Lyrics are important and need to be thoughtful. No covers! Also I am particularly against the use of prerecorded tracks during live performances, live music must be live. ________________________ Please send me links to an example of your work and I will show you mine, the band I created where I'm coming from. I'm moving to San Antonio next week but I'm going to require a couple weeks to settle in. ________________________ For reference here are a few albums I'll name-drop off the top of my head that I think are damn near perfect: Depeche Mode - Black Celebration The Who - Sell Out Tomahawk - s/t Melvins - Hostile Ambient Takeover The Cure - Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me Bauhaus - Press the Eject and Give Me the Tape Camel - The Snow Goose Miles Davis - In a Silent Way The Stone Roses - s/t Hot Chip - In Our Heads Happy Mondays - Pills 'N' Thrills and Bellyaches Elton John - Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy Einsturzende Neubauten - Ende Neu Devil Doll - Dies Irae
