EMAIL us for more information: andrew.alonzo @ us.issworld.com Key Purpose The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain airport facilities according to safety, and uses predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives. Maintenance duties are dependent upon customer jobs, requests, and contracts. Success Criteria Develop own skill base in line with agreed appraisal, taking responsibility for increased performance, and ensuring continued self-improvement Participate and embrace the development opportunities within group Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence Support the team, and report to the Key Account Manager Communicate effectively with colleagues within the Business Unit and across the company so that information is disseminated effectively and participate in project groups and meetings as required Ideal Candidate Experience High school diploma; Technical school graduate 1-2 years Facility Maintenance experience preferred Excellent troubleshooting skills Capable of working independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision Possess required state and local licenses Availability to be on call and/or work overtime as needed Previous experience in a maintenance setting a plus Plumbing experience a plus Painting Experience a plus HVAC experience is a plus Electrical experience is a plus Experience with Building Management Systems is a plus Key Accountabilities Perform sanitizations per GMP regulations in production areas (Mop and/ or wipe floors, wall ceilings, curtains, etc.) Strictly adhere to Safety and GMP SOPs and perform related documentation clearly and legibly Receive garment and uniform inventory and stock supply rooms in production areas Empty trash containers and maintain an adequate amount of cleaning supplies Supports all local manufacturing operations Supply components, small parts, tubing, etc Complete relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines Manually clean portable equipment and small parts Receive and distribute supplies into the production area as necessary Train other technicians if applicable May perform other duties as assigned Physical Demands & Work Environment To perform the necessary functions and tasks of the job you are required to: Stand 33%, Walk >66%, Sit <10% Use of hands to finger, handle, rub, grip, and feel <66% Reach above shoulders <33% Push/pull and grasp with hands and arms 33-50% Climb or balance <33% Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, or Crawl <33% Perform repetitive tasks Must frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
