I own 2 properties that I am selling in University Heights. In order to sell, I must get them Point of sale compliant with the city. I had both inspections and need a contractor who can take care of all of the issues asap. Please see the list below. The city is requiring permits pulled for anything with a * next to it (should be 3 total).
