Position Overview:
The primary responsibilities of the Community Attendant involve escorting vendors and contract personnel to community apartments. They assist in the upkeep of the property to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. The Community Attendant will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.
Your main priorities are:
-Escorts vendors and contract personnel to community apartments and remain until the work is completed.
-Distributes resident communications to residents; e.g., upcoming events, pest control notices, newsletters.
-Helps clean and maintain storage areas.
-Performs work area clean-up and safety related duties.
-Maintains awareness of proper safety precautions at all times.
-Completes minor and routine service requests when requested by Service Manager and/or Assistant Service -Manager.
-Follow procedures when service requests are performed.
-Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter; e.g., rakes, sweeps, as circumstances warrant.
-Performs any additional duties assigned.
Requirements
-High school Diploma or GED
-Must be able to take direction and meet physical demands.
-Must possess valid driver's license.
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to communicated effectively with the team, and
residents
-Team Player
