At least 1 year of experience in the multi-family maintenance field as Maintenance Supervisor, or 3 years in the multi family maintenance field as a Maintenance Technician, Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with residents, management, and vendors. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Appliance, Electrical, HVAC, Painting and Plumbing experience. Background and pre-employment drug screening are required.
