Mold Remediation Technician - No experience necessary! Mold Remediation Technician Full time. Entry level or experienced technician. Do you love helping people through difficult situations? Backed by over 3 decades of experience, “SpreadX” (based out of Ocean County) performs residential and commercial mold inspections and remediations throughout New Jersey. Our Mold Remediation Technicians work in basements and attics cleaning/removing mold contamination. Technicians go out in crews to job sites all over New Jersey, and for now possibly into the neighboring Tristate area. Our ambition is to build a great reputation by maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will: - Be physically able to operate tools, including hammers, saws, fans, vacuums, etc. - Be physically able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance - Be able to work while wearing full Personal Protective Equipment including full face masks, chemical suits, gloves, etc. - Be able to work in challenging environments including crawlspaces, tight attics, hot/cold etc. - Always be on time and dependable. - Have a positive attitude and clean, neat, professional appearance. - Be willing and able to learn the systems and techniques of our company. - Be able to read, understand and speak English. - Be honest, respectful, organized, able to prioritize, and document job progress - Have a smartphone - Have a valid US driver's license and reliable transportation to work. - Able to pass criminal background check and periodic drug test. Applicants with little experience, but a great attitude are welcome. We will train the right candidate! Prior hands-on roles, construction and/or mold remediation experience is a plus.
