Hello! I’m making this post to inform you and aware you of a resident to NEVER RENT TO! Hopefully you catch this post before you meet him. His name is Floyd Ezzard Duprey a 49 year old Male from the Islands with improper hygiene and manners. Very disrespectful towards women and children. Was caught master-bating in broad day lite in front of an occupied home with a view of the women and children in the house. Has not paid rent and has been terrorizing other tenants as well as stealing their items. The other tenants are elderly and cant defend them selves and he's been taking advantage. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD AND BE AWARE !!
