Polished and Decorative Concrete (PDC) has been in business for more than 10 years and is continually growing. We are looking for a full time employee to grow with us. We at PDC specialize in working in large retail and commercial locations performing full concrete restoration and polishing. Responsibilities: You would be tasked with assisting the polishing crew in moving material, operating machinery to grind and polish floors, and perform routine maintenance on equipment. Shift: Overnight, Sunday-Friday 8:00pm-6:30am Essential Functions: * MUST be able to travel for 8-10 weeks at a time * Pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs * Ability to stand and walk for full 8 hour day * Able to work overnight * Basic electric and mechanical skills are a plus * Maintain all equipment up to standard * Able to multi task and make sound decisions quickly * Good communication skills * OSHA 10 card is a plus Working conditions: * Travel will be required * When traveling accommodations are fully paid *While not on a job you will still receive your full bi-weekly paycheck * Always indoors and on concrete floors * OSHA safety regulations are followed at every job site Culture: *When you are not on a job you still receive your full bi-weekly paycheck * Team focused and allows for some autonomous work when dividing tasks among team members * Welcomes creative and innovative thinking to improve systems and methods * Paid training and large conferences are common Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 per year
