Seeking diverse lead guitarist for covers

We are a group of very seasoned musicians with a list of over 120 cover songs in our catalog to choose from. Looking for someone diverse enough to play rock covers ranging from the 60's to 2000's. This isn't a turnkey situation, however everyone in this band can be ready to gig fairly quick and you should be too. We do it for the love of playing to an audience but paying gigs is the goal. We will rehearse when we can. There's no set day, to make it easier for everyone. Most likely will rehearse twice a month until gigging. Decades of gigging experience combined in this band. Someone who understands the entertainment aspect of a working covers band will do well with us. Playing for the song and entertaining the patrons and crowds is of utmost importance. You should be comfortable with shredding stuff as well as more melodic stuff and sometimes no solo at all in the song. Also will share some of the lead/rhythm duties with existing guitarist. A team player with a good attitude and no drug/drinking problems. Own transpo and gear is a MUST. In other words someone who has their shit together. We will be shooting for higher paying gigs. We put on a show, we don't just get up there and hammer through 40 songs. We have a scalable sound system, lights, fake explosions, etc etc.. we use some tracks for synth/piano parts. We are a fun bunch to work with but serious about doing the songs justice and we cover a huge range of rock covers. If you are picky about what you play this probably won't be a good fit. We have the ability to pretty much play any room around because of the diversity of the list but it's all under the rock umbrella and the ones that are more pop we rock them up. No country or anything like that. YES Mustang Sally is in the list and so is Bark at The Moon if that tells you anything. Lot's of juicy stuff for the guitarist who wants to expand his/her horizons. If it matters we all are in our 50's. We'd like someone 35+ or at least at that maturity level. We have 2 lead singers male and female, if you can do vocal harmonies that's a big plus but not a deal maker or breaker.
