91 plymouth grand voyager help

Hello there, so I have a Plymouth Grand Voyager 1991 who's check engine light keeps coming on and the car keeps getting choked when it pertains to the gas. I've already change the fuel filter, fuel pump,catalytic converter as well as the air idle control and it is still having this issue does anybody know what could be the issue. Also I changed all the spark plugs too. Thanks for reading
