Possum in a bedroom

I own a small townhouse in the Norview area of Norfolk and the tenant has trashed the place. I have been able to get them out of the property and I started to clean it up. I was starting to clean up a bedroom so I opened a window. I left to go to the store and when I came back, a neighbor told me that he thought he saw the possum climb through the window. He said it wasn’t large. I went to check the room and I heard rustling so I closed the bedroom door, hoping that it would leave out of the window. I watched the window for a little while but I didn’t see it come back out. I need someone to remove the possum from the room and disregard the trash the tenant has left.
