We do background checks and drug testing. Our properties are smoke free, therefore, no smoking on job. We have part time work available, 2 days a week Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays (during the day, not nights or weekends), 4- 5 hour days, about 10 hours a week, doing basic help with rental properties in Clifton, do odds and ends, help organizing basements, some yard care, able to fix small things is not necessary but a plus. Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and constant working cell phone. If you're preoccupied with using your cell phone during work hours, that does not work for us. Best if you live in Clifton or very near Clifton because, sometimes not often, I may need someone to respond to a situation quickly.
