PIER and BEAM Foundation: Have a few floor joist that need to be replaced in bathroom and laundry area and need someone to repair those areas before the house is re-shimmed. PLUMBING: Also need someone that has a good understanding of plumbing to help with disconnect and reconnect of the plumbing in these repair areas.
