Local Apartment complex, located in Pine Hills, Orlando, is seeking an Experienced General Maintenance Person to join our maintenance team!
The ideal Maintenance Person needs to have general knowledge in handyman services and fulfill work orders in the complex in relation to: Air Conditioning / HVAC, Flooring, painting, plumbing and electrical work.
Candidate(s) must have your own work tools. Basic tools include Power drill, work saw, wrench, screwdrivers, googles and etc. Must have own transportation to and from office.
The position is a Full Time Job (Mon-Fri) 9:00am-5:00pm.
Salary is negotiable upon interview.
