Cleaner/Assistant Needed for 2 Airbnb Properties You are responsible for cleaning the apartments that they always look amazing, that all the supplies are stocked and the laundry is cleaned. Qualifications: • live near Chicago center (within 30 minutes max) • must have your own reliable transportation • trustworthy and reliable • clean with an eye for detail • flexible schedule (must be available 11am-3pm on most days, including weekends) • non-smoker Your tasks: • Clean: In between guests clean the apartment, which is between 11am and 3pm. This means; pickup laundry, make the beds, clean the kitchen, living room area, clean bathrooms, take out trash, clean the floor, dust make sure everything is sparkling clean before the next guests checks in. All cleaning products are in the apartment. • Stock: You will check if everything looks okay in the apartment, throw away things that are not supposed to be there. Check all the supplies and send me a list of things that need to be ordered (like cleaning products/coffee/tea/toilet paper/new towels). • Laundry: take dirty laundry from the apartments, wash off site, bring back clean laundry as needed • Any other tasks that might be needed to ensure smooth operations. Pay: $18 per hour to start with regular pay increases as you get better at the job
