Salary Position $850.00 weekly with no Saturday or Sundays FedEx Ground Contracted Service Provider is seeking full-time delivery driver candidates. Drivers must have the following basic qualifications to be considered for the position. 1. Must have either one year of commercial driving experience with in the past three years, or five years of commercial driving experience within the past ten years. Driving experience must be verifiable. 2. Must have experience driving a vehicle of comparable in size to a FedEx Ground stepvan, or FedEx straight truck. 3. Must have a clean driving record. 4. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. 5. Must be able to pass a DOT Physical examination. 6. Must hold a Chauffeur or Class "C" or For Hire Drivers License. 7. Must be able to demonstrate safe driving habits. 8. Must be able to pass a road test in a FedEx Ground vehicle. Additional qualifications: 1. Must be able to work and drive in all types of weather conditions. 2. Must be physically capable either or both of the following: 2.1 Delivering and picking over 100 more stops and 200 to 300 packages per day for stepvan drivers 3. Must be physically capable of handling packages weighing up to 150 pounds using a hand cart. 4. Must be able to quickly develop an understanding of address schemes, know how to efficiently navigate thru multiple zip codes and read a map. 5. Must be able to quickly develop an understanding of how organize the packages in a vehicle for delivery each day. 6. Must be able to efficiently and effectively manage deliveries and pickups at various customer locations throughout the day. 7. Must have good customer service and communication skills. 8. Must be willing to dress appropriately and follow all company policies and procedures. 9. Must have reliable transportation. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 per week, weekly pay!
