Currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Tampa! Maintenance Supervisors provides maintenance support throughout the apartment community. Ensures quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service to all residents. The Supervisor responds to resident's service requests while delivering excellent customer service. Duties include but not limited to: - Supervises maintenance team and quality of work - Prepares make ready apartments: painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping. -Inspects apartments before and after move-in and move-outs - Complete service requests - Schedules and performs any preventative maintenance. - Order and replace supplies, broken parts or equipment as needed. - Inspects buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness - Assists vendors and service providers as needed. - Perform additional duties, responsibilities or projects as assigned -basic computer skills Nice to Haves: - At least 3 years of experience in an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Role. - Having a basic set of tools HELPFUL - Deadline and detail-oriented - Ability to handle physical workload - Have experience running teams - Reliable transportation.
