Job Description: A Landscape Crew Leader is a working team member that oversees, lawn mowing, clean-ups, mulching, trimming, landscape maintenance, pruning, trimming, fertilization, weed control, planting of trees and shrubs, flower installation, leaf clean-ups, and similar tasks. Crew Leaders take the lead in a Crew of up to 8 persons. This position reports to an Area Manager. Daily: • Proactively support, coordinate and communicate with Managers. • Report accidents or property damage to Manager(s) and office. • Assess equipment and vehicle issues as they arise; report to Managers. • Report staff absenteeism and tardiness to Managers. • Ensure that mobile phones are working properly; report any issues immediately to your manager. • Adhere to and enforce all company policies as documented in Employee Handbook and Safety Manual. • Support and enforce the company’s training program. Qualifications: • Spanish/English Speaking • Valid Driving License • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
