Ag Construction / Millwright work. We are looking for one to two additional hands on our crew. Experience in the trade is ideal but not required if other skills are already developed. Typical skills required: * Common Sense & work ethic * General ability to construct Ag handling equipment ( Support towers, grain legs, ladders, platforms, etc. ) NOT GRAIN BINS or STORAGE TANKS. * Common knowledge of tools & hardware * Ability to follow instructions and read prints * Ability to work with heights during construction ( Working off ladder & support system ) * Ability to travel during the week to job site. Additional Skills not required: * Ability to lead crew ( manage 2-4 people and keep project moving ) * Ability to weld ( Mig & Stick ) * Ability to draw basic part modifications if retrofit required. * Ability to field fabricate components and parts for projects. * Working outside weather permitting.
