Apartment Complex looking to hire a carpenter to conduct wood work in the inside and outside of the units including changing out wood trims. wood panels, patio wood, fixing garage doors ect. • Must be able to conduct stucco repairs and drywall •Must be able to calculate material needs for projects including; framing needs •Must be able to perform all functions and meet all qualification for Basic Carpenter •Must be able to install, tape, float, and provide texture match and paint drywall walls •Must be skilled at Wood Framing, Finish Carpentry, Exterior Siding, Windows and Sealing the Building Envelope. •The ideal candidate should have between 3-5 years residential experience •Have tools and supplies on hand when arriving to job site • Bilingual is a plus
