EA/Personal Assistant/Family Assistant plus Social Media is a plus Brentwood, CA 12pm- 8pm Monday through Thursday (32 hours — plus more hours if wanted on Fridays, later nights and or weekends) $25 to $35 DOE A wonderful but extremely busy family in West Los Angeles seeks an exceedingly organized, detailed and “switched on” family assistant to be a true right hand person to a working mom with 3 kids (17, 14 and 10). The role calls for someone who LOVES to be busy, knows how to multi-task and can think about the larger/smaller picture at all times. There are myriad of needs day to day so we really desire someone who is engaged, is thoughtful, is detailed and is a true problem solver. Someone who is resourceful, can stay on top of the ever changing lists of needs for the family the home and the kids. Energetic, engaged, active, health conscious, able to manage many social scenarios, presents polished, is intuitive and a quick study. Will also LOVE to cook (for food prep for dinner but mom will cook it) and enjoy time in the kitchen. Every day prior to pick up and afternoon routines there will be assistant duties for the mom. Mom has her own business, throws many parties/dinner parties and is very active at the various schools. Many Fridays end earlier as the family eats out a lot. Ideal person can work longer hours over school holidays and summers. Social media skills is a plus! Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting with daily errands and task lists Organizing and managing projects Errands, returns, ordering, shopping of all sorts Pick up at schools (split with mom and a manny) take to activities and after school programs Supporting some homework and organizing for the younger child, preparing for next day Meal prep – sous chef work, assisting with preparing healthy snacks, set up table and assist with after dinner clean up Supporting age appropriate manners for kids, researching fun ideas for them to do over the course of the year Assist with event planning/dinner parties/ Holiday shopping Research and plan travel and itineraries as needed
