You first appeared at a crosswalk across the street but sat down at a large square planter while I was crossing toward you. we made eye contact while I walked by and you made a left turn briefly after instead of crossing the street. I believe you deliberately waited for a possible chance of something happening but I was with a family member which might have made it awkward. I thought you were a nice looking gentleman and would like to get to know you.
