Summary: Responsible for ensuring returned product is fully classified and processed in accordance with all relevant processes. Assist in the processing of all assigned production related activity. Responsibilities: The Warehouse Returns Specialist will process products being returned from delivery or processed through the Damage/Returns Department. The typical schedule for this position is 1st shift 7:30am-3:30pm. Count, scan, and input relevant item information into SAP system. Research inventory discrepancies through returns process, overgoods. Process product through the inventory tracking system. Assist customer service, and other internal customers with related questions Record, document, and destroy damaged product. Complete production reworks/ repackackaging and associated actions as instructed Complete production related training, forms and SAP transactions as required. Ability to work independently and remain productive Key Competencies SAP knowledge and experience preferred Attention to detail Communication skills – verbal, written and electronic Problem analysis and problem solving Planning and organizing Teamwork PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must possess sight/hearing senses or use of prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting to 50lbs. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Performs activities in a lighted and ventilated warehouse area. May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust. Will work in a normally acceptable warehouse environment, with no abnormal hazards or risks.
