We are looking for GOOD RELIABLE VENDORS in the following areas: Painters Flooring Carpentry Light electrical Make readies such as : Installing light fixtures, bulbs, blinds, smoke alarms, door stops, door hardware, etc. Must have your own transportation. Must have a good working cell phone with internet. Must be professional Need to be able to read an follow work orders. Must be able to meet our timelines Paid weekly Contract labor, 1099 at the end of the year. We pay by the job an paid every Friday for completed approved work orders from the week before. WE ARE OFFERING A $500 vendor sign on bonus for full time vendors. $250 after the first 30 days an $250 after 60 days.
