Must have a reliable working cell phone, with internet. Must be dependable Must have own reliable transportation. A TRUCK IS A PLUS Must have own hand tools, drill. We have specialty tools you can check out through the office if needed. We provide all materials. We work with Management companies, Realtors, and Home Owners. We pay by the Job only!
