Basic remodel of fourplex units

I need a person(s) for a basic remodel of Quadplex with four two bedrooms one bath units. Units are in decent condition, but need updating. In general, work will include these skills: 1) trim, windows, doors, hardware 2) hanging kitchen and bathroom cabinets 3) drywall hanging, finishing, texturing, patching, scraping off popcorn ceilings, etc. 4) painting and paint touch ups, 5) replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets 6) replacing plumbing fixtures, faucets, vanities, sinks, toilets. 7) basic framing 8) In addition to described work, you would have to bring materials from the Home Depot (or other store) to the job site and back as needed (distance of about 3-4 miles). I am not looking for "the best" so to speak. For instance if you are good enough at most of the listed duties but not so good at drywall, that is acceptable. We will work around it. Also, not all of the listed work will be needed in every unit. Some units will require only clean up and light cosmetics. I AM LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT ARE REASONABLY SKILLED AND EXPERIENCED in at least most of described duties. Candidates must have needed tools and transportation.
