PCA for 14yo boy, Autism Lowell, MA - Mornings 6a-8:30a, and afternoons 3:30p-6p, or combination thereof; weekend hours possible as well - 14 year old young man, Autism, ADHD, IDD. Very verbal and social, outgoing; issues with impulse control, anxiety, sensory seeker - Seeking assistance with morning tasks, such as bathing/grooming, food preparation, medication administration, getting ready for school and on bus, staying on task, laundry (nighttime incontinence issues). Afternoon, getting off bus, food preparation, medicatio0n administration, school work, staying on task. - Must be comfortable with dogs Applicant should be a non-smoker: Yes Activities of Daily Living that worker is required to perform: assistance with medications or other health-related needs bathing/grooming completing the paperwork required for receiving personal care services housekeeping laundry meal preparation and clean-up toileting Desired Languages spoken: English Availability Approximate number of hours per week: 10 to 24
