pull weeds and mulch

I need someone to pull weeds around my house and put some mulch down. (8 bags). We have the mulch, tools, gloves, wheel barrow. There are a couple of spots of grass that needs to be pulled out. $30 per hour It should take about 3 hours the most. Let me know your availability. Thanks.
