HVAC Replacement - Condo

I am seeking a professional to replace my HVAC. A/C stop working. The unit turns on, however, no cold air coming out. I have had a couple of repair guys come out and they have tried adding freon and removing freon. Nothing has worked and they can see anything wrong with the unit other than it being almost 20 years old. I live in a 2 bedroom condo and the unit is in a closet in the kitchen. I have been told the unit has been discontinued and finding a replacement unit that will fit in the closet will be a challenge. Something may have to be modified. I have attached some photos.
