*****Property Preservation Company Seeking Field Agents in Newark, NJ area***** Position Summary: The Property Preservation Field Agent is responsible for supervising subcontractors working in the field and supporting daily operations. Field Agents will work closely with project managers, subcontractors and vendors to ensure that properties are maintained in accordance with client’s requirements to preserve and increase the value of their real estate asset. The ideal Field Agent will possess the ability to lead teams to execute projects efficiently while maintaining our company’s professional standard of excellence; have the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and with professionalism; and provide support to our subcontractors. In addition, the Property Preservation Field Agent will be responsible for documenting work performed by subcontractors; delivering tools, vehicles and other equipment to property preservation crews; maintaining company inventory list; restocking inventory; the day-to-day care of tool; taking appropriate action to ensure that project deadlines are met; performing on site visits to conducting quality inspections; ensure onsite compliance with company, local, state and federal regulations; provide support to crews; and communicate the needs of crew to the administrative and executive officers. Job details Job Type: Part-time 15 - 20 hours/week; Contract Type: At-Will Contract Duration: Indefinite Compensation: $20/hour Number of hires for this role: 2 Shifts: 7am - 12pm; and 2pm - 7pm Requirements: 1) Must have reliable transportation and clean driving history dating back 5 years; 2) Must provide a driving abstract dating back 5 years; 3) Must be detail-oriented when reporting results and providing documentation; 4) Must be willing and able to deliver constructive feedback to on-site subcontractors regarding improvements to their work product; 5) Must have good interpersonal skills; 6) Is trustworthy, reliable and punctual. 7) Has a smartphone with camera capabilities, WiFi, and adequate storage capacity 8) Must pass a background check Company Overview: TAPP is a full-service residential and commercial property preservation company located in Newark, NJ.
