Job Description During the training phase your job would be to assist the Lead Technician in all duties necessary to provide an outstanding cleaning experience for our clients. This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities: • Maintain the reputation and integrity of our company's mission. • Deliver exceptional customer service. • Uphold all company policies and procedures. • Adhere to all general employee guidelines. • Responsible for cleanliness and care of company vehicle • Maintain the inventory of chemicals and equipment. • Provide high-quality carpet, rug, upholstery, and tile cleaning. • Use truck mounted and portable carpet extraction equipment. • Recognize customers' needs and propose beneficial services. • Follow all dress and grooming codes. • Move light furniture to prepare the home for cleaning. Physical Demands and Qualifications: Must be in good physical condition/health, and can manage lifting, bending, stairs and heavy equipment. Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 50 lbs. Requirements For Employment: • Must have a valid Driver's License with clean driving record. • Clean Background Check. • Have reliable transportation to and from work. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
