Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 1 pm. Hours may vary based on the daily work list and busy season. DESCRIPTION: Outfitter and Kayak tour company seeks a Boat Yard Dispatcher/Maintenance Manager. This position requires an organized individual who can work on their own and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Dispatch rentals between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. in addition to various duties during or after dispatcher hours. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE: • Instruct and assist the customer with car-topping double kayak rentals. instructing customers and explaining river rules and directions for returning kayak and equipment. • Clean and maintain camping rental gear (tents, backpacks, sleeping pads, hiking poles, etc.. • Maintenance and small repairs (equipment, rental gear, etc.) • Recycling cardboard/cans/bottles as needed. • Organize, maintain, clean up job site as needed or directed • Quality control and inventory upkeep REQUIREMENTS: - Physically fit and capable of lifting over 85 lbs - Must take pride in their work and have good work ethics - Hawaii license - Reliable, clean, and sober Please send information about you and any work experience.
