Full Time Landscaping/Grounds Keeping Position at a Condominium Association in Kaneohe Job Description: Landscaping/grounds keeping workers are required to maintain the physical appearance of the landscaping and common areas on property. Requirements: Must have knowledge of, and abilities to perform the duties that include, but are not limited to: Mowing, hedge trimming, blowing, raking, irrigation system maintenance, pulling/spraying weeds, janitorial work, keeping dumpster areas clean and maintained, assisting on maintenance projects when needed. Must have the ability to safely operate lawnmowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers and other various gardening and landscaping equipment. You will be reporting directly to the Resident Manager. Good communication skills with fellow employees and residents are required. Must be willing to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to adapt to and work in all types of weather conditions. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Compensation starts at $14/hr. Medical and Dental benefits are included. Holiday, sick leave and paid vacation days will be made available. Hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
