Wanted-music space in house/warehouse/barn/garage

Seeking 1 or possibly both of these 2 different options: 1. 500 to 1,000 SF warehouse, barn, garage or a unique space to rehearse and record music. It can be a house that we can play in that will not disturb neighbors. We're pros and will take great care of the unit. Does not have to be a commercial space. --OR-- 2. 2 to 3,000 SF commercial space for rehearsal, recording music and hosting live music, events, dance and classes in movement arts. Also needs to be a situation that will not disturb any tenants. Budget is flexible but want to keep it as low as possible. Doesn't have to be fancy but it needs to be dry and secure with safe parking. High ceilings would be a plus.
