TABZ Asset Solutions is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in Houston, San Antonio and surrounding area, and throughout the Hill Country area of Texas. We prefer contractors with prior experience in property preservation. You also must have the following: • Able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check. • Valid driver’s license with auto insurance • General liability insurance and errors/omissions insurance (preferred) • Must be able to use Pruvan app (or willing to learn) • Must be able to utilize email • Must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision • Must be willing to work at least 5 days a week, preferably 6 • 80% of work orders include lock changes, trashouts, maid services, initial cleaning, board ups etc. Pay: Depends on each job.
