This in person conference is our rescheduled conference from May 2021. 20/20 vision in 2021: KNOWLEDGE PUT INTO ACTIONRegistration & Breakfast will begin at 7:00 am. The printed ticket is preferred, however electronic tickets will be accepted. Please confirm you have access to your electronic ticket prior to presenting to the registration desk.   Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes you may transfer your ticket to another attendee if you are unable to attend. An official transfer must be completed by contacting the event organizer. Attendee accepting the transfer must have a ticket for entry to conference.   Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Yes, however please be advised that you will not have a badge available at the conference.   Do I get contact hours for attending this conference? Yes, 5.5 CE's are offered for those in attendance. Attendees must attend the entire conference and fill out the evaluation at the end of the conference to receive their CE certificate.      This activity has been submitted to the Ohio Nurses Association for approval to award 5.5 contact hours. The Ohio Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
