Large Boston based property management company looking for full time employee for janitorial related duties. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE AND DRIVERS LICENSE. We are looking for a self motivated individual to clean all exterior and interior common areas of various properties in the area. Winter months will involve snow removal. Minimum one year related experience preferred. Maintenance experience a plus. Daily duties will be as follows, but not limited to: -Filling out/submitting Daily Time Records -Apartment Cleanings -Sweeping and mopping -Dusting -Cleaning windows -Picking up trash on exterior of building -Snow removal in winter months.
