Beach Yoga Class with Jessica Hatmaker We would love to have you join us for Beach Yoga Class taught by Jessica Hatmaker. This class is weather permitting at Jaycee Beach, Vero Beach. This is a beginner class where you get to enjoy the beauty of the ocean, the fresh breeze and wildlife, all while the sun sets. Practicing on the sand will bring new awareness to alignment and a new understanding of balance as the earth subtly shifts beneath your feet. You will learn proper and safe alignment while moving through yoga poses. Come learn, and soak in the beauty of nature in this supportive atmosphere. Bug Spray may be needed. Meet at the furthest North of the boardwalk closest to Seaquay Pier. All bodies are welcome.
