Rotating On Call shifts(for after hours Maintenance Emergencies). *MUST, MUST BE EXPERIENCED* in general residential maintenance and HAVE TOOLS. HVAC knowledge a plus (must be certified)! Duties include but are not limited to; painting, plastering/spackling, general plumbing, general electric, Experience with turning over apartments and getting them move in ready, completing tenant Work Orders and other general maintenance work.
