Flynn Management is looking to fill an open position for a Part Time Porter/Maintenance Assistant to join our team for Wild Oak Farm Apts community in the Cantonment FL area. The ideal candidates will have a a preferred amount of 1 year similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently and own tools. May have exterior repairs and carpenter skills, "hand-on" experience of pressure washing, painting, sidings and overall general repair knowledge.
